Shipping Policy – WashOut Pros

WashOut Pros ships all orders via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Common Carrier to the address provided at checkout. This ensures safe delivery for our large or palletized items.

Flat Rate Shipping

A flat shipping fee will be calculated and added automatically at checkout.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if your delivery requires any of the following:

Limited access delivery (e.g., schools, construction sites, military bases)
Residential delivery
Appointment scheduling
Lift gate delivery (if no loading dock or forklift is available)
Special delivery instructions requested by the buyer
If any of these conditions apply, we will contact you to confirm the additional shipping cost prior to fulfillment.

Delivery Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only within the continental United States
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations
