At WashOut Pros, a division of Specialty Containers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item. This ensures the fastest service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- A refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
